Q1. How can I get there from Kuala Lumpur/ Singapore to Kuala Terengganu ?

From Kuala Lumpur : By bus (Putra Station - 8 hours) - Normal RM25.10/ Business Class RM35.10 per ticket per way. By Air (45 mins) - Normal RM336.00 / SGV3 Group Fare RM257.00 per return ticket.  

Q2. When I arrive Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal, how to meet Ping Anchorage Staff ?

Buses from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Singapore arrive at Express bus terminal Tanjung (Kuala Terengganu) around 05:00AM - 06:30am, Our staff will be at the Bus Terminal to meet you around 5.30am. (Ahmad handphone  019-9131993, Zul handphone 0199566993 or our office 09-6262020). Our staff will carry welcome card with your name.

Q3. I arrive so early in the morning, where can I rest/ wash up ?

We will transfer you to Ping Anchorage Travellers check point by our company mini bus for rest and wash up. Around 7.00am you can have a breakfast at Our Travellers Café or coffee shop nearby. At 8.00am we will transfer you from Ping Anchorage to Merang Jetty. Our boat leave around 9.00-930am to Redang Island/ 1000am to Lang Tengah Island.

Q4. What is the best time to visit the islands ?

The best time 1 march till 31 October. 

Q5. Can I park my car  at Merang jetty ? is it safe ?

Yes you can park you car at Merang jetty RM5.00- RM10.00 per night, It safe to park.

Q6. Can you purchase the bus ticket from Kuala Terengganu to Kuala Lumpur/ Singapore/ Johor Bahru/ penang ?

Yes we will do that service for you, the bus normally depart at night 8.30pm – 10.00pm  from Kuala Terengganu express bus terminal.

Q7. Where can I rest/ wash up  and place my luggage if my bus/ flight depart in the evening on the day of departure ?

On the day of departure we will transfer you to Ping Anchorage Travellers check point by our company mini bus for rest and wash up and place your luggage. Ping Anchorage check point located in the city center so you can walk around Kuala Terengganu town or do some shopping. We will provide dinner transfer around 6.00pm-7.00pm and transfer to Bus terminal or airport around 7.00pm – 8.00pm. 

Q8. Can I hire Ping Anchorage van to do sightseeing around Terengganu before my bus/ flight time ?

Yes you can do that, lots of place of interest in Terengganu area such as Marang fishing village, Sekayu waterfall, Kenyir lake, State Museum, Floating mosque, Duyung island, handicraft center etc. please book in advance with our reservation staff.
